While the hotel was reasonably clean, I was aghast to find so much dust under my bed. The breakfasts were unbearable-only tacky bacon on my plate! Adding insult to injury, why wasn't I greeted with a complimentary drink for my stay? It's unacceptable. A true letdown for what I hoped would be a royal experience.

The accommodation is very clean and the staff always ready to help.
Unfortunately, the floor tiles at the children's pool are too slippery. Unfortunately all the children fell violently on their heads - thank God nothing happened. But you have to change and fix that immediately.
